Journey through Good Friday
Friday 14th April from 9am – 12.30
at St Paul’s Church, Mollison Drive
We would love you to join us for a journey through the passion narrative.
The journey through Good Friday will take you though each part of the personal and spiritual journey that Jesus made; from the Garden of Gethsemane through to the Crucifixion. There will be different points to stop at; where there will be scripture to read, suggestions to help you explore further as well as hands-on ways to reflect, worship and pray.
The different stations are designed with all ages in mind; children will be able to take part and explore in a meaningful way as well as adults.
From 9am until 10am we will offer an hour of silence for those who would like time for silent reflection.
From 10am until 12 noon, do come as a group, or family or by yourself. Everyone is welcome and you are free to take as long or a short a time to explore the stations as you would like to.
There will be a time of sung worship and prayer for the final half hour from 12 noon until 12.30.
We do hope you will be able to set aside some time on Good Friday to join us and pray that you will be deeply impacted by the experience.
Do contact Sue Bosley if you would like more information.
