CAP Life Skills

We are committed to working with Christians Against Poverty, (CAP), to address some of the causes of poverty and debt in our local community.

Our CAP Life Skills Group is a friendly community where we share a meal and have activities and discussions that give the confidence and decision-making skills needed to live on a low income.

We learn practical money saving techniques, such as savvy shopping, cooking on a budget and making money go further – all for free.

The Group runs from Monday 10th June for 6 weeks from 12-2.30pm at Vanguard Community Centre, Roundshaw SM6 9JL
