Tim Samuel and Dave Foulkes are “in charge” of this- there are a few notes below so we comply with the latest regulations:
Weekly on Tuesday mornings in Tim’s back garden- use the side gate please!
Drinks & (wrapped) biscuits will be available – but do feel free to bring your own if you prefer
Hand sanitiser will be on the on the table
Duration: 10:45 to 12:15 but… There is no required commitment for regular attendance – or even for the full duration!
As we’re meeting outside, it IS weather dependent so you will be advised by 10am (latest) on the day if we have to postpone
As there is a maximum of 6 in any one group, if there are more, we will multiply to a second venue
Tim will keep the list for each Tuesday- you must phone or email him if you definitely wish to come – by 5pm on the Monday at the latest and he will confirm where you are meeting
Should it be evident that more than 6 would wish to attend we can create a 2nd group of up to 6 at a 2nd location (Dave’s back garden) – with folks advised of any necessary changes in their venue
